What To Expect

How long is the service?
A typical service will last about 90 minutes. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship, coffee, and encouragement.

How should I dress?
You are warmly welcomed at KBC whether you are dressed in a suit and tie or a T-shirt and shorts. Most people, however, tend to dress business casual.

What's the service like?
We begin by reading a portion of Scripture and praying for the needs expressed. We then sing a mix of hymns and Christian songs to prepare our hearts for the message. We then go into the teaching from a portion of Scripture. We study the Bible book by book and verse by verse. We end with a hymn or a song. We also do communion on most Sundays.

What about Children Ministry?
We have Children Ministry for children between the ages of 2 to 8 years old (Preschool and elementary school age). Children join us for the praise and singing and then go with the teacher during the sermon. The teacher will have an age-appropriate Bible lesson, pray with them, and do crafts and other activities. Those that are 9 and older (late elementary and middle school) are welcome to join us in the service. We do not currently have a nursery.
