We encourage you to use a physical/print Bible, unless you need to use a digital Bible for portability and accessibility. Having a print Bible that you feel, touch, and flip through helps with memory retention, reading comprehension, and minimizing distractions.

Prepare your heart to hear from God. Before you open your Bible, take a moment to pray. Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see wonderful things in His law (Psalm 119:18) and to soften your heart to receive His truth.
